Christina learned to play guitar and produced her first song during Play with Music. Christina submitted her work and was accepted into the 2015 BET Experience Youth Program, where she will continue to learn about careers in music and entertainment industry. Congratulations Christina !

Vanessa was honored by teachers and administrators during the Robert F. Kennedy Center's Summer Institute for Teachers. As a finalist in their song competition, she was invited to work with teachers and perform her song.
Vanessa Chavez wrote her first song during Play with Music program and submitted it into the Robert F. Kennedy Foundation's "Speak Up & Sing Out" song contest for human rights. Her song, "Free", is about overcoming domestic violence and is dedicated to her sister. Congratulations, Vanessa!
